Responsible Distribution

As a member of the National Association of Chemical Distributors, (NACD), Brenntag Southwest proactively participates in the NACD responsible distribution process.

This process is designed to:

• Recognize and respond to community concerns about chemicals and our operations

• Incorporate health, safety, and environmental considerations into our policies and procedures

• Protect the environment, health and safety of our employees and the community

• Comply with governmental regulations designed to safeguard the community, the workplace and environment

• Advise our customers regarding the safe use, transportation and disposal of chemicals

• Assist others who produce, handle, use, transport or dispose of chemicals

Safety & Training

Each Brenntag Southwest location participates in a comprehensive safety program and staffs an active safety committee to ensure the safety and health of our employees, customers and community.  Brenntag Southwest adheres strictly to regulations governing storage, handling and transportation of hazardous products.

We help our customers comply with regulations mandated by the Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and state and local regulatory agencies.
